The short answer
One contract covering design, materials, execution and handover — convenient, but only as good as its BOQ.
A turnkey interior provider designs, procures and executes the whole fit-out, handing over a finished space on an agreed date and price. It reduces coordination for the client.
The risk is an underspecified BOQ. Ask for brand and model numbers for hardware, laminate and plywood grades, and a written process for approving samples and variations before work begins.
