The short answer
Typically concept and approval drawings, then working drawings for structure, services and finishes, plus schedules and a bill of quantities.
A normal set moves from site and concept drawings to approval drawings for the local authority, then to working drawings: plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules, toilet and kitchen details, and coordinated structural and service drawings.
Ask early which of these are included in the fee and whether you receive editable files. Many disputes come from a drawing set that stops at approval stage while the site needs construction-level detail.
